1. Are the watches 100% original?
Yes, all Klepsoo watches are 100% original. All the watches are shipped in their original case, and, if due by the manufacturer, they are sent with box and possible accessories.
2. Do the watches come with a guarantee?
Yes, all our watches have a guarantee that covers all production defects but not damages due to ordinary use of the item. The warranty lasts 24 months and you may require assistance to any authorized dealer.
In order to value if the defect is under guarantee, you may be require to send us some pictures that show the defect to big@klepsoo.com.
Any spare parts that are not under guarantee can be sent with fee.
3. Are the watches shipped in their original case?
All the watches are shipped in their original case, and, if due by the manufacturer, they are sent with box and possible accessories.
4. Are the watches immediately available?
Many watches are immediately available in our stock. Considering the high number of references and that stock items changes really quickly, please write an email with the reference of the watch you desire and we will let you know the availability.
5. Are the watches used?
No, all Klepsoo watches are brand new and 100% genuine. All the watches are shipped in their original case, and, if due by the manufacturer, they are sent with box and possible accessories.
6. Is it possible to order spare parts?
Yes, it is possible to order spare parts.

7. Why are your prices so low?
Klepsoo can keep low prices as we order huge quantities from our supplier. Moreover, online selling permits to eliminate intermediate steps and further manufacturer costs.
8. Does the measure of the case correspond to the measure of the dial?
No, the case include the dial and the metal or plastic rim around the dial, till the hinge of the watch strap.
9. How you can measure the size of the case?
If you have a round case watch, you measure the case horizontally, from one extremity to the other, considering the two metal/plastic/rubber rim till the crown.
If the watch is square or rectangular, often the manufacturers indicate two measures, horizontally till the crown and vertically till the strap.
If in a square or rectangular watch, you see only one measure, it is the horizontal measure.
10. What is the difference between boutique and outlet?
In both categories watches are guaranteed 100% genuine and new.
In outlet category, you can find old collections watches with discounts that can reach the 80% and new collections models that are waiting for updated specifications.
In boutique category, there are latest collections: for each watch you can find very detailed specifications.
11. May discounts and prices change?
Yes, discounts change frequently according to the availabilities and to our supplier’s offers.
We apply discounts to the list prices that are released by the manufacturer and list prices may change basing on the manufacturer decisions.
PAYMENT, SECURITY
1. Which are your methods of payment?
Klepsoo accepts direct payments with credit cards and Paypal and, only for orders from Italy, you can pay through bank transfer and cash on delivery.
2. Which credit cards do you accept?
Klepsoo accepts direct payment with Visa and Mastercard.
It is possible to use Amex, Discover and other credit cards choosing Paypal as method of payment and following the instructions (it is not necessary to have a Paypal account to access).

4. Is it safe to pay with credit cards?
Payments with credit card are 100% safe.
Credit Card data in transit are transmitted only via the Banca Sella server (protected by the SSL3 security protocol with high-grade 128 bit encryption: the highest safety standard currently available using server-side certification) and subsequently to the international authorization circuits.
5. What should I do if I cannot do the payment with credit card?
If there are not problems related to the credit card itself, please try again to place the order changing browser, delete the chronology and if necessary choosing Paypal as method of payment.
6. What should I do if I do not receive any confirmation after completing the order?
After completing the order, if you do not receive the order confirmation from Klepsoo nor the payment confirmation from Banca Sella/Paypal circuits, please contact us, The transaction could be not correctly completed even if you have not received any error message. Please contact your bank and our customer service.
7. When will you take my money?
If you pay with credit card, when you place the order, the bank puts the amount in stand-by until the shipment of the goods, when the payment is really charged.
In case the shipment has a delay, the payment can be charged on the 24th day from the date of the purchase, upon communication.
If you pay with Paypal, the payment is outright charged.
SHIPMENTS, SHIPPING TIME, SHIPPING COSTS
1. How many days does it take to get the watches?
If the watches are available in our stock, we will notify you the shipment of the package in one business day.
If the watches are not available in our stock, you will receive an email with the estimated waiting time of the watches.
After shipment, handling times depends on the courier and on the customs in your country.
You will be able to check the progress of the package in every moment on the official website of the courier used for the shipment entering the tracking number received after dispatch.

2. How do you ship?
Klepsoo always ships by couriers (Fedex, UPS, TNT), it is not possible to ship by regular mail (postal service).
Shipping cost includes the fastest delivery service: our couriers are reliable and they grant quick and safe shipments.
Items are accurately packed to avoid any tamperings, crashes and damages.
If any problem occurs, do not hesitate to contact the courier and Klepsoo.
3. How much are shipping fees?

4. Is is possible to ship as gift or declare a lower value in the invoice?
No, every package is shipped with its own invoice necessary for customs inspections.
We must always declare the real value of the goods, therefore it is not possible to show a lower amount on the invoice or mark the package as "gift" or "sample".
5. How much are the shipping fees if I buy more than one item?
Klepsoo offers you a special deal and freezes shipping fees: if you buy more than one item up to 5 pieces, you will pay only one shipping cost.
6. Are there additional taxes for shipments to Europe?
No, if you are in European Union, the prices you see on Klepsoo do include European VAT.
You will not have to pay any extra amount for import taxes.
7. Are there additional taxes for shipments to Extra–EU countries?
Yes, there could be additional taxes.
If your country is not part of European Union, the prices you see on Klepsoo do not include European VAT.
At the time of the delivery or later, the courier could ask you to pay for the import taxes imposed by your country law.
In order to have further information about customs fees, please contact Fedex customer service in your country or Customs and Excise.
Import taxes are on purchaser charge.
Import charges do not depend on Klepsoo but on your country customs.
8. How much are the import taxes?

Klepsoo is not acquainted with the value of the import taxes. In order to gather information about the amount of taxes, please contact Fedex customer service in your country or the Customs and Excise.
9. I cannot change the country, what should I do?
Do not worry, please complete the order anyway even if the country appears wrong and write in the notes field the correct country.
At the receipt of the order, we will manually modify the country and we will signal you any difference in the items prices and in the shipping fees.
10. I received my tracking number but I cannot track the package, what should I do?
Do not worry, the tracking number is sent by email at the time of the preparation of the shipment and it will be enabled in 24/48 hours.
Tracking numbers received on Friday could be enabled on Monday night (Central Europe Time).
Couriers do not work on Saturdays, Sundays and on bank holidays according to each country.
11. I sit possible to ship to po box?
No, Klepsoo cannot ship to po box, as the courier needs signature to deliver the package.
12. Is it possible to ship to an APO address?
No, it is necessary to indicate the physical address of the base in the foreign country.
Shipments will be subjected to the customs rules imposed by the destination country law. In order to have further information about customs fees, please contact Fedex customer service in the destination country or the Customs and Excise.
13. É possível enviar para uma Packstation?
Sim, é possível enviar para uma Packstation. Você receberá uma mensagem di notificação por dhl com o código de desbloqueio necessário para abrir a porta e pegar o pacote. Desde que recebeu a mensagem, o pacote deverá ser retirado no prazo de 5 dias.
14. Is it possible to deliver without the request of a signature?
No, the courier always requests a signature in order to deliver the goods and it is not possible to leave the package unguarded.
Only for Fedex shipments to the USA, the recipient can contact the customer service and authorize the delivery without the request of a signature.
In this case Fedex and Klepsoo will not be held responsible for any steals, tamperings or damages of the goods.
15. Is it possible to gift wrapping the package?
No, Klepsoo cannot wrap your package, unless active promotions on gift sets.
RETURN POLICY
1. Is it possible to return the watch I received?
Yes, you can return the watch you received by 10 days from delivery following our return-policy. First of all, you have to complete our return form and wait for our message with the instructions on how to return the watch.
The watch must not be used, damaged or dirty. Moreover, you have to return it in the original case and package.
2. Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?
Yes, we charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
3. Who is going to pay for the return shipping fees?
All the shipping fees are on customer’s charge.
4. Can I choose another model as exchange?
Yes, you can choose another model as exchange for the returned watch. Please consider that we will charge a 10% restocking fee and all the shipping fees are on your charge.
If the new watch has a lower price, we will refund you the difference.
If the new watch has a higher price, we will ask you to pay for the difference.
